1. Services Offered

MotionAura is a creative and technical agency providing high-impact digital experiences. Our services include:

• Branding
• Graphic Design
• Video Editing
• Motion Graphics
• Website Development
• UI/UX Design
• AI Chatbot Development
• Digital Marketing

2. Project Process

We approach every client engagement through a structured process to ensure alignment and quality:

• Requirement Discussion: Initial consulting and exploration of project scopes, creative visions, and expectations.
• Proposal & Quote: Delivery of a detailed project proposal, timelines, pricing breakdown, and technical definitions.
• Advance Payment: Requirement of deposit/advance payments as outlined in the invoice before project kick-off.
• Development & Revisions: Collaborative drafting, design development, website building, or video editing, accompanied by standard client review loops.
• Final Delivery: Release of raw assets, final builds, code repositories, or high-definition exports upon receipt of remaining balances.

3. Payments

All pricing is detailed in project invoices. Project kick-off requires clearing the specified advance payment. Payment milestones must be cleared within 7 business days of reaching each milestone. Final source assets, website launches, and source code transfer are strictly withheld until the final balance is cleared in full.

4. Revisions

Each service proposal specifies a dedicated number of revision rounds. Revisions are defined as refinements to agreed designs or functions. Major deviations from the initial project scope or additional revisions exceeding the project limit are subject to separate estimation and invoicing.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all source materials, design concepts, drafts, and assets created during a project remain the intellectual property of MotionAura until final payment is cleared. Upon full payment receipt, the intellectual property rights and final ownership of the final deliverables are transferred to the client, while MotionAura retains the right to showcase the completed work in its marketing portfolio.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate branding guidelines, text copy, high-quality images/media, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or feedback exceeding 15 business days may lead to project rescheduling or termination under our project pause terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website, services, or final deliverables to engage in any activity that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or spreads malware. Any breach of this section terminates our service relationship immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionAura, its founders, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of our services or deliverables.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project for convenience by providing a 10-day written notice. Upon termination, client agrees to compensate MotionAura for all hours worked and milestones achieved prior to termination. MotionAura may immediately terminate a project due to non-payment, lack of cooperation, or policy violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
